I made some pretty solid pasta last night and have plenty left over. Simple, good and good for you. 1 lb of ground turkey, an onion, green pepper, a couple cloves of garlic, fresh basil and just added that to a couple of jars of pasta sauce. Wheat Rigatoni. I'm about 15 lbs into my 40 lb weight loss plan so I need to eat somewhat healthy

Did you guys catch them in fresh or saltwater? Ive caught quite a few at Table Rock lake here in MO. I would love to go striper fishing in the Atlantic.

Both, Chesapeake Bay. I'm not sure the salinity, but we were in the northwest (Annapolis area), so I'm guessing pretty light. I'm told that in the Spring they get the 3 and 4 footers coming through though. We caught our limit in 5 hours, throwing back a few 18-20" fish. Got enough fish to last until our next trip a month from now.
