Credit Question
I have a derogatory mark on my credit history that is nearing the 7 year mark. What can I do to get it off? Also, has anyone used or heard good or bad things about credit repair services?

I just talked to another mortgage guy, the debt collectors are reporting that debt as currently unpaid, so he mortgage guy said that's wrong and they're reporting it wrong. That's why the underwriter can't approve the loan.
