Occasionally I will use the maple flavored one, but I think the maple is too strong.

I honestly can't tell the difference between the Original and Sage.

I also use the Hot Variety for my lunch every day.

I buy about 4 16 oz packages of Jimmy Dean a week.

It may have taken over bacon as my #1 meat.

I can't remember who's recipe this is (Monty's?)

But its Jalapeņo poppers where the cream cheese is mixed with Jimmy Dean sausage and stuffed into the jalapeņo, then it's wrapped in bacon.
