Being drunk or high on the job is not acceptable in ANY PROFESSION. If a person shows up to work messed up on drugs, they are a drug abuser. There are basically no exceptions to this. That's why I keep bringing it up.

While testing for THC tells you who smokes weed, it doesn't tell you that someone abuses it and that reach is often made. Perhaps I jumped the gun and you did not make it, but you did jump right to people showing up to work ****ed up.

Anyway, passing drug screens is easy for people who do smoke anyway if they're not reeruned. It's more a stupidity detector.

If you don't place a higher priority on your job, I don't want you working for me.

Not to mention what is says about how you regard laws.

You don't have to be high at work for a drug test to give an employer a picture of who you are.

Employment tests are so easy to beat that's not an excuse. They can't watch you go for those. So buy the synthetic, heat it up, saran wrap it to your leg, take it out when you get there, squeeze it in the cup, spray a little on the seat, and you're good to go.

I know construction guys that keep it in their glove box in case someone gets hurt on the job site and everyone gets popped.
