Geno Smith is Kaepernick with much more talent. Pistol QB's unite. Finally, a comparison I can get on board with... aside from the stupid Geno Smith = Aaron Rodgers comparisons.
Seriously though, the Niners have even busted out the pistol formation a couple times tonight. Pretty impressive... although Kaepernick played at Nevada, where they literally invented the offense. He's obviously got a pretty good head on his shoulders. |

Harbaugh appears to have a pretty complex system out there the way Grudawg was talking last night... So Kap seems to really be a really cerebral QB who probably could pick up any playbook..
Pretty impressed with him in what I saw last night, SF looked better with him than with Alex |

I know. I'm just trying to make SNR's head explode.
But seriously, all pistol QB's are the same. |

It was the Edmund Fitzgerald anniversary the other day. Why didn't you do anything special? Do you not care?

Trade our first and third for Mallet. Throw Bowe in if they refuse.

I don't know why they don't just trade Matt Cassel and Billy Butler for Tom Brady. Then the Chiefs could draft an OT or something instead.

so because the 9ers 2nd round QB looks promising after 1 half, we should not draft a QB #1 and go for a 2nd round one?
c'mon man

The idea happened to cross my mind as I saw a young talent blossom before my eyes. What if this 2nd rounder, or any of the other high potential young bucks, is better than any of the top prospects, come draft time? Merely digging, not suggesting.
