Clark Hunt!!

It is time to remove all doubt that Clark Hunt is an exceptional owner.
He is man of his word, and I have never seen a GM search handled with such professionalism. It is a good day, and era to be a Chiefs fan. REJOICE!!
I can't think of a anyone else I would want to be running the Chiefs.
Clark is my new most admired person. WE LOVE YOU CLARK!!!!

BYE BYE HERMIE!!

Major props to Mr. Clark Hunt. His first major decision and he hits it out of the park
I agree. Way to go!! The top GM prospect, who knows how to build a team and work WITH a NEW COACH!!!

Clark has done what he is supposed to do thus far. But it is far too early to celebrate. Remember all of the "Superbowl for certain" BS when Vermiel came aboard? This could be more of the same.

I'm just wondering of the trophy case in the new Arrowhead is going to be big enough to hold all of the Lombardis we are going to win.

It's not that anyone thinks this guarantees anything.

It's about how Clark has handled it. He was thorough, professional, and hired the guy considered the best available talent on the market.

And the cheap play would have been to let CP and Herm ride out another season. Now he's paying double for a season. For a business man, that's a tough pill to swallow.

But the man wants to win. He's proven that much. And really, that's all we can ask for.

I love the way Clark handled this-out of town in Dallas and without press leaks. Fantastic. We, the fans can bitch all we want. . . and we will. . . about not having any info. The truth is we don't know how many GM and HC candidates he's already talked to. He had a plan, and he executed it beutifully

Hell he may even have told Herm weeks ago he was fired. Remember the week Herm was flat for his weekly press conference? I wouldn't put it past Clark to have fired Herm then and told him if he leaked that info before the new GM and HC were named he'd not only not pay him the final year of his salary but also sue him for breech of contract

I AM.

I've waited 39 years. I probably don't have 39 more left. I'm going to be optimistic and enjoy every minute. At least for tonight.

Obviously not. No one is saying anything is going to happen. God or bad. Just that Clark did the absolute best thing for this organization, and has shown he will do what it takes. That is what is being celebrated. Not our guaranteed SB trophies.

But the shadow of peterson was still present.
I am 10X more excited now than I was when DV was hired.
