Epic Ricky Stanzi post on Jacksonville Jaguars message board

The legend of Ricky Stanzi continues... a post from the Jacksonville Jaguars message board:

http://jungle.jaguars.com/index.php?...oblem-is-here/

Quote:
The Answer To The Jags Problem Is Here

It's not Blaine Gabbert (obviously). It's not Chad Henne (obviously). It's not Tim Tebow (no matter how many tens of people want it to be).

It's Ricky Stanzi.

Ricky Stanzi who went undefeated in college bowl games.

Ricky Stanzi who went undefeated against SEC teams.

Ricky Stanzi who's got the instincts of a hawk(eye), the heart of a Chief and the elusiveness of a Jaguar.

Ricky Stanzi who makes the brightest plays when things look their darkness.

A terrible thing happened today, when Chad Henne trotted out for the 4th quarter of the game, even though anyone watching knew he had no business being on the field.

Do you guys remember when Blaine Gabbert won his last game on a college field? No? That's because he didn't. He didn't, because he was playing Ricky Stanzi.

If you love your country, Jaguars....even just the littlest bit....you will start Ricky Stanzi next week against the Colts....and it won't matter how many touchdowns Andrew Luck throws against this defense....because Ricky will throw 1 more.....and the Jaguars will march off the field victoriously.

It's probably Ricky Stanzi himself.

If it wasn't, Stanzi should hire him/her to be his publicist.

If you are an Iowa fan, all of that about Stanzi is true.

BUT---I was worried about him in the NFL. I always wondered about his arm strength.
He was often off one leg while throwing. Just did not see him being the next great QB.

Stanzi has been cut by the two worst teams in the NFL last year.

Time to get into insurance.

**** you. We already have our GREAT WHITE HYPE in local boy Brian Hoyer. Not to mention we already went with Charlie Frye of Akron, drafted Brady Quinn from Ohio. We have done enough of the home town hero bullshit.

Time for a real qb. They can trade every draft pick from now until 2026 if it means getting a franchise qb in Cleveland.

Me too. End the debate of if he is any good or not. I doubt he is seeing how Quinn beat him out for a back up job.
