It goes away but seems to take a while showing content with all movement. From what I have I may have just managed to get one that is a little more sensitive than average. Considering picture quality for the price I can deal with it.

It has Netflix and a bunch of other streaming apps (Netflix and Hulu among others). I've used Netflix every night.
