I had 28 of the options. Everything but:
US Hotel over 300 Tree Jail Oakland Mountain over 13,000 (though I was probably pretty close before doing a 14er in Colorado. I think we slept at about 12,000)

I assume the "near a dead body" option includes sleeping in a cemetery? I've done that before, but to my knowledge I've never slept near an unburied/unprepared/undiscovered dead body. I did come home one day this past December to find my roommate dead in her bed, but she died during the day while I was at work, and her body was removed before I went to sleep, so that wouldn't count.
