this is herms first year. Do you expect herm to complete the passes? Tackle the ball carrier?. You ppl had way to high expectations then. What did this team do under DV? He had 5 years and the chiefs were mediocre under him. Herm isnt the problem. Give him a year or two and the cheifs might be contenders.Gunther cunningham has had 4 years to turn this defense around. What has he done in that time span?

Brilliant.

I would say something about your sub-32 IQ, but I'm pretty sure you can't count that high.

We just don't have the players.........Herm still has most of Vermiels soft bunch...until he gets the players he needs for his type of team you can't really judge him......

Blame Carl for the players on the field.......I'm also sure Herm told Green to suck and the OL to not block.

Always the coaches fault eh......look at our roster compared to other contending teams even the Ravens.......we don't match up, we look more like one of the bad teams than the good ones.

Ummm, it's Gunther's 3rd yea. And frankly, he has made this defense much better than it used to be.

i said this in another thread, i think you give any head coach 3 years to put his system and philosiphy into effect with his players not just leftovers from the previous coach.
it hasn't been a bad season, not good enough don't get me wrong, but not bad enough to call for the HC's job.
now the OC, thats another story. solari needs to stick to oline, and let a real coordinater call the plays.

But this is KC......you produce a good football team, or you leave. Gunther was a head coach for a year......what happened? He blew balls....he was here, for a YEAR. Then was ousted.
