Your Favorite Hot-Dog

Today I had a good one. Chicago Mikes (big in Atlanta), I went with the Poppy-seed bun, Greasy Beanless chili, chopped-onions (of course) and shredded cheddar, mustard.

What is your favorite Hot-Dog? Store bought, Prepared at home. Or a chain/restaurant est. all are fine?

I'm normally not a huge dog fan. But when I crave a hot-dog. I really like them. I personally only eat them maybe 4 times per year.

My normal rare dog-production would consist of burnt grilled Oscar Meyer cheese dogs, chili, jalapeno mustard, chopped red/purple onion, cheddar on a store bought bun.

Yep.

And for store-bought brands, I like Nathan's.

I've never had any fancy Chicago dogs, or anything like that.

I'm used to hot dogs with the basic mustard, ketchup, and relish. Or maybe a coney with chili, cheese, and onions. I went to Chicago about 6-7 years ago. They put all sorts of stuff on their dogs. Lettuce, tomatoes, pickles.... Weird people.

Since the death of the Frank and Stuff (I think I'm the only one that remembers them) I've grown acustomed to Oscar Meyer cheese-dogs. I grill them long until they're approaching black. I love jalapeno mustard and red onions on them...

Easiest meal in the world. Hot dogs, buns, canned beanless chili, pre-shredded cheese, chopped red onion.

You guys are making me hungry.

No such thing as a bad hot dog if you cook it on the grill and then stick it in a bun with some mustard. But if I have a choice in the matter I'll go with a Nathan's.

Obviously, a hot dog at a baseball game. I'm weird in that I do not use any condiments on my dog (or much of anything for that matter).

At home, I really enjoy grilling Oscar Meyer "Bun Length Weiners" specifically. I'll eat ten of those at a time.

What is the name of that meat market near the
corner of 103rd and state line? i am blanking on this one.

I took a tour of this place once and they run a first rate operation. From andouille to dogs, they were the best.

Now i am lost in NW Arkansas.People only eat road-kill armadillo here.

I was jonesing for an Orange Julius dog just the other day.I ended up just buying a pack of Nathan's(rare in this area)

It's like going to Mc Donalds for a Westport Flea Market hamburger

I know the place and am drawing a blank on the name.

They have a dog stand at Arrowhead as well I believe and it starts with an "S."
