Racer 5 would destroy the delicacies of those vegetables. Left Hand Milk Stout is a better choice, especially for the steak and the strawberries & feta.

I didn't realize that people marinated good cuts of beef for more than 30 minutes.

Recently ate at McCormick and Schmicks for our anniversary; that dinner was near perfect. Only thing I’d change would be getting steak. Not that the steelhead I had wasn’t outstanding, but I would love to try a steak there.
My dinner went something like this: Starter: Grey Goose Martini – up Seafood chowder Then: ½ dozen assorted oysters on the half-shell w/ crackers & tobacco of course. And a crisp Pilsner (forgot the name) A great rib-eye, or filet mignon Lobster tail Asparagus / assorted veggies With a nice oaky Merlot. Desert was a chocolate bag thing; the chocolate looked like a paper bag; filled with whipped cream and strawberries. Also had bailey’s and coffee. Finally – hit Barne’s & Noble before leaving the Plaza for another cup of coffee.
