Peterson, Harvin and Berrian caused a 21 point swing.

Can we just accept the fact that Favre is highly overrated as a great championship caliber QB?

If Desmond Howard doesn't go ape shit crazy returning kicks and Bill Parcells isn't one foot out the door to New York... would Favre even have 1 Super Bowl ring?

The Packers were a much better team than the Patriots and Favre had a great deal to do with their success. Let's not go overboard here.

Considering Favre has been a complete choke artist in the postseason since that season... you could make a strong argument that the 1996 Super Bowl was an aberration and the norm is what we've seen pretty much the past decade from Favre in the playoffs.

3 time Super Bowl winner Tom Brady gets called a choker because of the last 4 years but 1 time Super Bowl winner Brett Favre gets a constant free pass for ****ing up year after year after year after year.

Like it or not, Favre is the only reason that team was even in that game today.

To make a thread basically to trash him out of personal dislike is pretty sad.

Adrian Peterson was sure kicking ass.

There's a thread about Favre on here when the so called best RB in the league looked like a pile of smashed assholes out there.

Without his pick, they would have likely won the game.

Without 12 men on the field the previous play in the huddle, that pick likely would of never taken place.

E: Having Favre drop back and pass 46 times as dumb as shit, too.
