Dallas Cowboys Draft Board: In Living Color

Didn't see it yet.

Cowboys draft board via an image capture.

Thought it was interesting.

Here's a link to the actual pic. http://www.bloggingtheboys.com/2010/...t-board-leaked

I wish that more of these pics would leak from different organizations. It is pretty fascinating to see what kinds of players different organizations favor.

Other than Bowman, that board looks pretty solid to me.

From what I can read, at least.

Interesting, they had Clay Harbor over Moeaki.

Sean Lee?

Mid-first round. Look under his elbow you can see DALLAS 2-55.

That's Lee.

Haven't found Bryant yet. Bet he's behind that arm. There is space for two players there.

Bulaga is right above Lee, FWIW.

In about five minutes, I could set up something in Excel that would save them all sorts of confusion.

Maybe I should design a spreadsheet and sell it to all the NFL teams for about $10,000. It's chump change to them. I'd even throw in a projector at no charge.

I'm willing to bet that Dez Bryant and Earl Thomas are the two names under the arm - between what appears to be Iupati above the arm and Bulaga below the arm.

So then it makes sense that it is their draft board, and not a mock. IF they had Lee ranked so high they'd be happy to grab him in the 2nd (which they did). In house, they feel they came away with two first round quality picks.

Yep.

IIRC, they traded up to get Lee in the 2nd. They came away with two players rated in their Top 15.

This was taken just a few minutes before Dallas made their pick in the 4th round. The Cowboys had the 126th overall pick for their 4th rounder.

The latest pick I can find on that board is Mike Kafka, who was taken at 122.

Look at the nameplate at the top of R4.

That HAS to be Akwasi Owusu-Ansah.

They got a good value on him as well, getting him late in the 4th.

The Cowboys did very well based on their board. Value at every pick.

yes. that struck me as interesting.

the whole damn thing is interesting.

can anyone pluck any images from the chiefs video that was posted in here? and zoom in?

also think it's interesting they did have Aulula (sp) as a 1st round grade.

of course, keep in mind, this is a ranking based on Dallas' scheme too.

I think a lot of teams had him as a R1 grade, just not 10th overall.

The guys on Sirius all expected him top be taken late first, early second.

Wow. I never realized that they have odds of the player going to a different team next to the players name, i.e., Berry,E goes to Seattle; KC 1-5.

No, that's the round and pick number that the player was selected at. 1st round, 5th pick overall. Also, it isn't a mock draft.
