Clady struggled some in McDumbass' new system last year, and there's certainly no guarantee that he will play at the same level he did in his rookie season in Shanahan's system, but even with that, I find it difficult to believe that you could find 5 LTs right now that are better than he is.

Dude Ryan Clady is only the 3rd or 5th (I can't remember which one) tackle in NFL history to be named a First Team All Pro in just his second season. Daniel Jeremiah said Clady is hands down the best LT in the NFL.

Clady only gave up one less sack than Albert last year and right now has a bad case of jumpers knee that may seriously effect his ability to play effectively through most of next year.

If we are talking about NOW, Clady may have a hard time being called top 5 at his position.
