you can get the same 'results' by having a bowl of your favorite veggies in water sitting in the fridge.
grabs the veggies for a snack instead of candy and your poop will be your friend.

I reccomend the Fiber-One brand of miniwheats, raisen bran, whatever. They have soluble fiber which is good for both your poop and your ticker. What more could you want?
