Never said they should fear him. I don't think they should have feared Julius Thomas either to be honest. So to me it's a wash. Julius Thomas was talented, but I still think he was a Manning product. It's not like they had Kelce or someone like that.

He's just not anything special to me. He's more of a TE2 to me than a TE1. He's not Gronk. He's not Kelce. He's not Gates. He's not Graham etc. I'll bet anything that he won't come close to 800 yards 12 TDs again ever. Doubt he'll ever produce for the Jags like Marcedes Lewis did at that position.

Maybe. JT was leading the league until he got hurt (and PM got broke) though and his talent when healthy was obvious.

He is talented, but he doesn't scare me. And wasn't there an issue about him not loving football and his teammates being angry at him because he wasn't willing to play when he was at 80-90% even when there were other players much worse off than him playing?

If the Chiefs signed Daniel, he'd be viewed as broke dick but with Denver, he's a weapon?

While I'd love to see Daniels squeeze out one more solid year staylor and Dane are correct. Huermann is who Denver hoped would step in and be the young stud blocking catching TE to replace JT. Daniels was an insurance policy on which they now hope to collect.

They'll lose a lot when Owen Daniels goes out for the season like he does every ****ing year.

Owen Daniel is a kubiak guy. He knows kubs system. It's more about kubiak and him liking Owen than anything else.
