Charger's fans flew a banner at yesterday's game

Chargers: Only team with 16 Away Games. Thanks Dean.

Pretty easy to split the cost between the 6 fans.

Maybe by 2020 they'll have some fans, but their SB window gets smaller each year. Rivers is at the end of his career and so is Gates. I don't see a whole lot of firepower behind those 2 and defense just isn't sexy enough for SoCal cool.

The Rams were popular at one time, but Frontiere ran the team into the ground.

The Chargers charge way too much money to go to their home games in Carson, CA. They are the highest NFL average ticket price in the league. Not a smart way to build a fan base in a new city. The real reason the Chargers moved to Los Angeles is because if they didn't the Raiders would have. It was Spanos vs. Davis.

I would absolutely support the London Chiefs!

Some friends of mine told me that The Stubhub Center isn’t a halfway bad place to watch an NFL game.

Anyone here been?

Yes. I have been there twice. At last years CHIEFS game and yesterdays CHIEFS game. It's small. Just doesn't have the feel of a NFL game.

The Raiders wanted a new stadium and so did the Chargers. The Chargers had the inside track to share the new stadium being proposed be the Rams owner. The Chargers tried for years to get a new Stadium for years after the Padres got one. They spent several millions of their own money trying to get a new one. The Chargers got shut down time and time again trying to secure a new site in San Diego. It became obvious that the Chargers were never going to get one so they opted out of their lease in San Diego and moved to Carson, CA before Mark Davis and the Raiders could.

Yep...and the tax payers in San Diego knew it was a sham. They live in paradise and were **** off with that noise. They wanted their money going to education and infrastructure...not paying to build a billionaires place to sell his product.

Have to give them credit....they weren't suckered into a shitty deal. I wish I could force non-footbal fans into collectively paying for my business....ask Chunt. He pockets the excess tax money even after it pays for all operating expenses. Its a sweet deal....um, fleece.

This is true. Before the Rams came back, I would have said the Chargers had the biggest fan share in Los Angeles, followed by the Raiders and then the Rams. That's shifted pretty hard in favor of the Rams now.

I don't think I could root for the LA Chiefs. Part of what I love about the Chiefs is that they connect me to my home town. What's gained in proximity would not make up for the loss of that.
