What's your (way too early) final roster?

I know that it's too early. But I thought that this would be good to bump during camp and at final cutdowns. I would imagine that there are still going to be some guys added post June 1 that will be on the roster. But for the most part, our final 53 should come from the current group. Who ya got? Here's mine

Offense
QB (2) Mahomes. Henne
OL (9) Fisher Wylie, Reiter, LDT. Schwartz, Erving, McKenzie, Allegretti, Hunter
WR (6) Watkins, Deiter, Pringle, Robinson, Hardman, Davis(Hill starts out roster exempt-suspended.)
TE (3) Kelce, Yelder, someone not yet on the roster
FB (1) Sherman
HB (3) Thompson, Damian Williams, Darrell Williams

Defense
DL (8) Jones, Clark, Nnadi, Williams, Ogbah, Saunders, Okafor, Speaks
LB (6) DOD, Ragland, Hitchens, Neimann, Johnson, Wilson
S (4) Matheiu. Watts, Lucas, Thornhill
CB (6) Fuller, Breeland, Ward, Smith, Reaser, Fenton

Special teams (3)
K: Butker
P: Colquit
LS: Winchester

Yes, I know. I only have 51. I'm trying to decide who to put in those spots. Right now, I am thinking that the udfa rookie OT Boyd could end up snagging a spot if he shows well in camp. But we're deeeep at running back. Would they keep 4 plus Sherman? Maybe another wide receiver? I don't know. On defense, it'll be interesting to see if Fields can claim that other spot. I also have Kpass left off. But this defensive scheme could save his career. So, I'm just going to leave those 2 spots open....for now.

Isn't Henne on the last year of his contract? If so, you almost have to keep a young QB to be (hopefully) the #2 next year.

Good lord that's EXPONENTIALLY better than last year. That alone probably would've been enough to get us the Lombardi.

Carlos Hyde is probably kicking Darrel Williams down the line, odds are we won't lose him though because RB's are so plentiful across the league.

James Wiliams has a shot because of those receiving skills he has though.

I think it's still very likely we add a premier corner by trade, and a couple more impact veterans at WR and TE.

I don't think it's happening at WR, that bonus Custis got means he's making the team unless he is awful.

I think something happens at CB and TE though cause guys will get into the market..Kyle Rudolph is expected to be cut, some other CB's will be out there.

I'd like to see them develop some of these UDFA's or late rounders into the #2 tight end or starting CB.

Obviously.

Problem is with this being the year it's supposed to be..they need guys now.

They didn't structure contracts to have 20 million of cap room to not do anything else.

I agree. Unless something more comes out with Hill, the priority list needs to be:

1. CB
2. TE
3. LB
4. WR

I guess, but I’d love to develop some of these young guys at corner, wr, rb.

Yep, once Rudolph is cut Veach will pounces it makes no sense to trade for that contract.

I think the Chiefs are looking at replacing Sammy with one of these UDFAs. I don't think there is any loyalty going to be given to guys like Robinson, Deiter, or Pringle - they will all have to earn their way on the field. Camp is going to be fun.

Hyde makes the roster because he is one thing the other backs are not, he's a great pass protect back and excels out of the shotgun. Perfect fit for this offense.

Forget Rudolph. The guy is easily a #1 TE. It doesn't make sense that he would come to KC be the backup to Kelce.

Anyways, he would be too expensive for this team.

Veach will be looking for a cheaper option.
