I have had the ATT boxes for about a month now. Seems like they all catch AIDS at least once per day. Was promised the the Sunday Ticket would be part of my package. More channels due after 7/1 as well, including the NFL Network so we will see. So far not a fan of making the switch as the technology seems unstable even though I'm saving $100 per month vs. DTV. Can't figure out why it is so difficult for them to produce hardware that actually works. ROKU, AppleTV, Google etc all have in down???

I suspended Dish until football season, then I'll go to the cheapest package they have until my contract is up.

**** them. They have become worthless.

Between no NFLNet/Redzone and now no Live PD on A&E, I have zero incentive to carry their service.

That's what they did with me. I did the old threaten to quit and they accepted. They set me up with return labels for my equipment and everything, then they called and started offering some pretty big discounts. I'm 95% sure they will do the same thing with you, but you better be prepared to move on if you do try it.

You can always cancel and then sign back up too. Gets you locked into a 2 year contract but probably cheaper than what you are currently paying. It's not ideal but unless they offer you the new customer deals or better it's an option.

I haven't had tv service for about 3 years now, maybe 4. I miss being able to just turn on the tv and watch something but not enough to sign back up and pay the prices. With Netflix, hulu, prime and nfl mobile on my phone I have enough content to watch.

I spent about an hour on the phone with them today and finally got to an intelligent person. She was sympathetic but couldn't do much. I ended up getting a one time credit of $15.

I will have to do it all over again next month if they still don't have NFL channel.

The initial lady offered me one month of a sports package that I already have that includes the NBA and MLB, woohoo. She wasn't aware that neither league was playing.
