Nice completely fake angle on that arrow there... If you were going to exaggerate, you might as well have had that thing pointing at the turf.

Funny.

Lynch would have hit Tony Gonzalez... But first, Tony would have to get open...

He is CLEARLY drawing a bead on his chest.
uh huh, the angle of his body is definitely horizontal. He would have to be on his knees to hit Dante in the chest.

It appears to be a bit late, but nothing to get too incredibly worked up about.

Somebody typed you could "clearly see he was staring at the ground". Well, I can't see his face, much less his eyes..."

I will give you this - by looking at those grainy still photos, it's hard to argue being late (possibly 3 steps). But, if Hall goes over the middle more often as the season progresses, his 5 and a 1/2 foot frame is going to get hit above the shoulders often.

The sequence of those photos shows one where Lynch is going dead on for the chest, the next shows "helmet to chin" contact which would be expected at the point of impact when Hall was hit.

Again, you guys want justice ... we think there's nothing wrong. Similar to a dozen situations b/t rival fans in every game.

The ball was further from Hall than I recalled, so that's why I have no issues with it being flagged as a late hit. I just don't see the spearing.

Funny.

Actually, his face IS pointing at the turf.

Your guys won. Your guys clearly outplayed our guys. Why you feel compelled to continue to defend a blatantly illegal hit escapes Bob Dole.

Maybe you were the assclown leading the crowd in an organized cheer while B artee lay motionless on the field, too.

I can understand why you'd all go after this whole drama. It probably almost seems unfair that other teams have hard hitters, while you're stick with a team of a bunch of nice "profile" guys who are opposed to laying the wood...

Dante's a short guy. Lynch got as low as he could.

Looks like Dante might just have to suck it up.

Although I think he could have pulled up a little. It was not spearing and the initial hit WAS to the upper chest. The impact caused Dante's face mask to come down and strike Lynch's helmet. Check the laws of physics and watch the tape again. It's football.......sheeesh

I'd be willing to bet the hit on Dante didn't have as much about sending a message or good physical play as it did with the fact that this was the first time one of the cheap-shot could get a hand on him after he embarrased them last year in Arrowhead.
