We didn't do it last year but we did it two years ago and I'm bringing it back. Post in here if you want to drop some poundage and I'll add you to the main post. Set yourself a goal and then post in here to be held accountable. If you want....we can track your weight-loss all year long and then crown a winner at the end of the year. I know in the past that posters have put up prizes (not necessary).

Let's do this shit....

FYI: This is not a thread to start arguments over which way is the best way to lose weight. There are different ways for different people. Keep the stupid shit out of this thread.

sticking to my running pretty well ... 5 times a week 2.5 miles running intervals

my eating habits remain absolutely terrible but I still have a pretty good metabolism apparently because I can tell the difference just from running and not completely useless all day every day

I'm down 8 lbs since Tuesday.


Breakfast: eggs, cheese, spinach, jalapeņos and sriracha. Mix it all together, add bacon or sausage too. 28 oz green tea

Snack: 28 oz of green tea and a pear

Lunch: cottage cheese, fruit and more green tea

Snack: apple w/peanut butter

Dinner: big steak or chicken, veggies, cottage cheese, MOAR green tea



DO NOT EAT AFTER 5:00 PM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!



Don't forget to power walk an hour a day. If you go to the gym set your speed at exactly at 3.7 and don't stop for an hour.

Finally got over most my cold. I've been able to hit the gym three of the last four days. My eating habits are probably as bad or worse than Hooties.

My first day was 2 miles at 25:00. Today was 21:30. So it's getting better. I'm only running and probably will only run until the 1st.

Haven't gone out to eat this year but still too heavy on the junk food. Sleep seemed stable but has gone to shit the last couple of days again.

On the plus side I've gotten 14 days of exercise this year. 8 bike rides and 6 walks of at least 4 miles. Might clear 150 miles on the bike in january, which is unheard of for me. Starting push ups monday.
