It could still be Roslin. The visions, sharing dreams with the cylons, maybe the cancer is some bizarre programming thing, and the "cure" was some kind of a reset from the hybrid baby.
Although she's in the last supper pick, so that apparently means she's out. |

Here's a couple of interesting bits from the last episode. I was browsing at another website, and ran across a couple of things I'll share, as well as one of my own observations.
This is the part that bugs me. How did Tory sell the story of Cally committing suicide? There was only one launch key, which Cally took off the Chief after beating him about the head and body. If Cally had suicided, that key would have been trapped inside the launch tubes maintenance panel, with the outer door open and the inner door sealed. I don't see how Tory could have moved it in there and left it in that situation. If she seals the outer door, opens the inner and puts the key in, she still has to find a way to open the outer door. If she does that, the inner door is sealed, and she's spaced as well. If she tries to open both, the Hanger deck depressurizes and lots of Lights and Alarms go off all over the ship. I'm hoping this isn't a plot hole, but something Adama or the Chief will look into and cast doubt on Tory. Enough of my nitpicks...here is the interesting stuff. 1) Orion is clearly visible in the background of this shot of the Cylon Base Ships. I posted thumbnail hotlinks, as the pictures are large enough to mess up the forum viewing if posted full size. Somebody with way too much spare time (like I'm one to talk) fed the data into Celestia and figured out they were with 20 LY of Earth. His methodology and conclusions are here: http://community.livejournal.com/bat...og/992976.html I knew they were close, but now I'm really wondering if we are going to find Earth sooner than we think. He's also got an interesting theory regarding the direction the fleet is coming from as it apparently passes through the Thirteenth Sign in the Zodiac, Ophiuchus. Hell, I didn't know there was a 13th sign of the Zodiac! 2) Kara's painting on the overhead of her rack: Here's the scene she's painting from a flashback scene: Here's the scene she's painted: One object in that painting looks very familiar to fans of the original series... I wonder if they are actually going to go there. It's the second allusion to the Ship/Beings of Light from TOS (this, and the Final Five visions). I don't know what the frak is going to happen next, but I can't wait for Friday! On a completely unrelated note, Battlestar has worked it's way into the pop culture to some degree. Isn't it past time for a Family Guy nod to the new series?

Guru, SK, and morphius, glad you found it interesting and thanks for the kind words.
I'll keep my eyes open for other tidbits.

Nice job, Adept! I'll second what Khatru said int hat her paintings looked familiar, but I could never come to a conclusion about it. I had a feeling that the light people were about. You can see three or four of their ships in the finale of season three.
It's really cool to see things like this, and put pieces together, but I feel almost guilty learning things like this, as it feels like I'm treading into spoiler territory that will give up the storyline. And no, that is no gripe or compaint in the least. I guess it's safe to say,e ven with this stuff floating around, we STILL have no idea what is going on or where this is all going. Again, nice finds! |

The 12th Cylon Revealed!
Apparently it's someone who has been with the fleet since the flight from the Colonies, someone who wouldn't be noticed, and I suspect was in position to influence things because of this. I think this theory is valid, because it would explain how the Cylons knew so much about Resistance activity on New Capica, as I've never believed Ellen Tigh would have been seen as credible by Cavil. N U M B E R 1 2 I S . This joke was "liberated" from The 13th Cylon website. It appears the last episode showed Taurus as well as Orion. Gotta love Hard Sci-Fi. Also, it appears the Cylons may have already landed on Earth, even though Wolfman Jack is nowhere to be seen. Incidentally, as horrible as "The Night The Cylons Landed" was, it featured the first BSG "Skinjobs". http://www.plasticbag.org/archives/2..._art_in_sebas/ .

I got a kick out of that part right up until he made Adama drop him down to specialist. That's when the whole episode lost steam for me.
I didn't get the one shot of Starbuck and her wife near the end. Was that alluding that she's a cylon? |
