Off Season Lets Talk Guns
Been a while since we had a guns n' ammo discussion.
Some of you are AR shooters Im sure. Im looking at a Colt 6920. Will be my first AR. Picked up a Glock this fall and really enjoy shooting it. Any feedback on that weapon? Anyone else been in a buy/sell/trade mood with hardware? Part 2: http://www.chiefsplanet.com/BB/showthread.php?t=293623 Last edited by Bearcat; 07-28-2015 at 06:06 PM.. |

I took a class last Saturday from them and had a really good time. Bill and his wife did a really good job. The pace was quick and interesting. The only problems were the half dozen or so women who had never shot before and the Missouri shooters shot last. Missouri requires 70 rounds with a semi-auto and 70 rounds with a revolver. The price was $65. If you don't have a gun they provide one of each for $8 per gun. Ammo included. |

140 rounds? JFC, that would take forever!
We only had to hit 18-25 at such a close range it felt uncomfortable. People brought .22 pistols with lazer sights. |

Ok who celebrated the death of the gun bills? I bought 4 guns in celebration!
Granted two were black powder but still! Now I just have to wait until they get here!

3 M-16 BCG's arrived at home today, and my father said he picked up 5 more BCG's in Hays, Ks. today. BCG = Bolt and Carrier Group I don't want to go into too much detail, but my long range .338 Lupua bolt action is in. It is guaranteed to be accurate 1/2" at 300 yards. 1500 yards here I come.......as soon as I can finds bullets and drop a load on brass and reloading gear. Oh, and purchase a scope mount and a uber-expensive scope. I put in the order expecting a 8-12 month wait, and my dealer got one within 2 months. JFC, I just wrote the Feds a gigantic check for income tax. (****ing bastards) |
