I did notice ESPN bumped his weight listing this year to 277 and has kind of a fat looking picture of him which seemed appropriate.

I do like that a fair amount of the unexpected offense early on is coming from previously untested sources.

Yeah, the MLB or Baseball tonight taking heads, forget which ones, were already going on about the Cardinals next man up philosophy.

This is JMO but Wong has to shorten that funky swing before he ever gets any consistency.

You'll never see it in the box score, but that was a damned good AB by Gyorko. Fouled off a few tough pitches, worked the count, and then smacked one into the gap only for the CF to run it down.
