Now that the preseason is over finally, the real bullets start to fly!

Who wins? What matchups can we take advantage of? How do we matchup with their offense, defense, special teams?

We must beat them. My wife's aunt is a big fan and she's as annoying as their uniforms.

That's a pretty fair dropoff in production, and he has done nothing since.

He played the final 2 games with two torn knee ligaments and missed the game before that and the second half of the game which it occurred. 12 sacks is still a bunch, too; Hali has one season with 9+ sacks.

When you stop using roids you become weaker. When you become weaker you are more susceptible to injuries.

You do realize that the Bills secondary is ranked so well because of the fact that teams didn't have to throw on them, right?

A great example of this is the Chiefs game you mentioned.

LOL, I'll take ANY of those numbers. Your argument falls apart when you consider he had "only" 10 sacks his rookie year, where he played in 15 games...that's the ONLY year he really could have possibly been on steroids the whole time IMO...and that's only IF he was, and that's the fewest sacks he had throughout his first three years.

Like I said, he tested positive in early October his second year. He had 12.5 sacks after mid-October in only 8 games. You know he couldn't have been on steroids with the microscope he was under. His third year, he "only" had 12.5 sacks? LOL, that's pretty good, dude, and who wouldn't take that? He made All-Pro his third year in a row.

Again, it was a series of injuries to his calf, knee and Achilles tendon that slowed his production. He almost didn't play at all in 2008 and 2010.

This preseason, Merriman has had 16 snaps. He's had 2 sacks in those 16 plays, along with 6 tackles. That's a small sample, but he looked great. We'll see, though, won't we?

Didn't he just get caught a few months ago at the Canadian border with roids for his "friend"?

No wonder he chose to play in Buffalo. His trips to restock his juice are that much shorter.

edit: Funny thing about roids... even after you stop cheating with them, you still have the muscle mass you built up using them for a period. So if he got caught cheating in the middle of a season, it isn't likely he would immediately shrink in size/speed.

His injury which derailed his career in SD were the result of a cheap shot by Fisher's cheap shot Titans. Mawae was fined for it. And who says he stopped?
