LOL, I'll take ANY of those numbers. Your argument falls apart when you consider he had "only" 10 sacks his rookie year, where he played in 15 games...that's the ONLY year he really could have possibly been on steroids the whole time IMO...and that's only IF he was, and that's the fewest sacks he had throughout his first three years.

Like I said, he tested positive in early October his second year. He had 12.5 sacks after mid-October in only 8 games. You know he couldn't have been on steroids with the microscope he was under. His third year, he "only" had 12.5 sacks? LOL, that's pretty good, dude, and who wouldn't take that? He made All-Pro his third year in a row.

Again, it was a series of injuries to his calf, knee and Achilles tendon that slowed his production. He almost didn't play at all in 2008 and 2010.

This preseason, Merriman has had 16 snaps. He's had 2 sacks in those 16 plays, along with 6 tackles. That's a small sample, but he looked great. We'll see, though, won't we?
