Here's the moral victory: we just saw what Klinsmann can do in a World Cup. Our best talents are still young, save Timmy and Clint Dempsey, and a showing like this only encourages young players to continue pursuing soccer.

Thank you Tim Howard for not allowing us to get completely ****ing embarrassed. Too bad such an incredible performance gets wasted.

The other shame of this is that Belgium was beatable, and showed it. Sadly, we wait until the last 14 minutes to apply any pressure. Play with more emotion and urgency earlier, and you might have had a different result.

Here's to another cocktease in Russia in 2018.
