the thing is about KU not scheduling MU.....is that MU was first responsible for this domino effect that almost ruined the entire Big12. That along w/ Dan Beebe and his allegiance w/ the Texas Longhorns and their network deal. It's not just KU....the Big12 wants nothing to do w/ MU anymore. MU can spin this and look at it like "they're the chosen ones that got to go to the all mighty SEC" <--- and good for them. It's a better football conference for sure, the best in the country no doubt, and football rules all because it's the largest money maker. So good riddance to the Tigers. But the way some MU fans are looking at this makes me laugh. Self would have loved to kept the rivalry going, as it was one of the best in the nation, has been fore years. But some MU fans are saying shit like "KU is jealous they're not going to the SEC" or "They're scared to play MU in bball" Which KU plays MU twice and has for years, why would they be scare to play them once? - esp when Self has like an 17-4 record against MU since he's been the KU head coach....This is the equivalent of some guy dating a really smoking hot n awesome girl, things were great yada yada etc...Then he cheats on her. She finds out and then breaks up w/ him, and then the guy gets butt hurt over the fact that she won't **** him anymore.
