Off Season Lets Talk Guns
Been a while since we had a guns n' ammo discussion.
Some of you are AR shooters Im sure. Im looking at a Colt 6920. Will be my first AR. Picked up a Glock this fall and really enjoy shooting it. Any feedback on that weapon? Anyone else been in a buy/sell/trade mood with hardware? Part 2: http://www.chiefsplanet.com/BB/showthread.php?t=293623 Last edited by Bearcat; 07-28-2015 at 06:06 PM.. |

I'm wanting to get my son his first real gun. He shoots my .22 but it's too long for him. He's 10. What are y'alls thoughts on the Rossi trifecta with the 20g, .243, .22 interchangeable barrels. I know Rossi is owned by Taurus, which isn't my favorite manufacturer, but for a gun that will last him several years for under $300, didn't think is was bad. thoughts?

Time for some German Engineering!
The HK was a 10 month ordeal getting one because of owners fighting with my old LGS and then the panic....

I just finished installing the following on my AR 15.
Yankee Hill Flip-Up Sight/Gas Block Troy VTAC Carbine Handguard Fraz, you were right about the VTAC. It is awesome. I love how small, light, and low-profile it is. The YHM sight brings an entire new look to the AR. It reminds me a little bit of an AK, and if I have time I will post some pics. Last edited by notorious; 06-28-2013 at 10:18 PM.. |

I made enough to pay for three full first class vacations to Belize and bank several G's on the last cluster ****. When they come down a bit more, I'm going to sotck up again. I'll plan to buy another 20-30 AK's. I have lots of room in the Fort Knox gun safe after the last sell off.

you're just using someone else's shots posing like you have the gas block! The only way we believe is if you take a picture of your VCR still flashing 12:00.
Nice GB I looked at them a while ago...hell I still have 6 unbuilt uppers I need to find barrels and calibers, etc for!

I chickened out and couldn't wait. It came with a soft case and 4 mags. Waffen werks seems like a good ak from what I researched. I went with the wood furniture. I might add a folding stock or black furniture later. |
