I'm 99% sure all of those teams are averaging more than 12 points per game at this point in the season.

I'm sorry, but if you can't score 12 points a game as a starting QB in this league, you should be doing something else.
Turning the ball over leads to opponents getting more chances to score points, does it not?

He's also has the most come back wins in one season for any 49er. That shows that he has the ability to score when trailing no matter what the score is. So when needed he has done it. I'm sorry he's in the league because Andy Reid was right about the QB he picked.

I understand your point there was some badass defense played.

But you are implying they won all those games by 1 point which of course is nowhere near the truth.

Alex just rode along for a 23-5-1 record? Really?

Kap has a worse win %, care to explain?

We have a great team and a great QB-going to be a fun year!!
Once again: It is possible to enjoy the season (particularly this smothering defense) while also being concerned about the offense and Alex Smith's ability to elevate his play and do more when necessary against playoff-type teams.

That's not saying much.

Please reference posts where people want the Chiefs to lose.

Correction: We have a great D and a great RB and a meh QB.
Do you have any idea how hard it is to win 3 regular season games in a row in this league??!! Not just any QB like Cassel or Huard or Sanchez or Tyler Palko can do that!

Alex has had two straight game winning/saving drives. 0 turnovers and 3 wins-with 2 on the road. Lead the team in rushing 1 game and #2 in rushing yards on our team. He has shown a big heart and great leadership.

All your stats and hate don't matter to me at all. So far you have been wrong and hopefully will be all year and the years to come when we resign him.

For comparison's sake...

The two greatest defenses of my generation - the 1985 Bears and the 2000 Ravens.

The 85-86 Bears allowed 12.03 points per game over two seasons.

The 2000-01 Ravens allowed 13.43 points per game over two seasons.

Jim McMahon and Trent Dilfer.

We've been wrong about Smith being able to consistently beat playoff-caliber teams? Because if you've even been reading a small portion of what the "haters" and "whiners" have said, you would have gotten that point by now. No one ever said he couldn't go 3-0 in the regular season and a lot of people have said he's good for ~10 wins.

Stop reading what you want to read and get the ****ing point already.
