I'm ****ing done with this franchise if we trade down for a handful of middle round picks.
We have the 1st pick in the draft. You don't trade that for a handful of middle round picks. You don't trade your first born son for $50 and a gift certificate to Barnes and Noble. You don't trade your car for a bag of weed and some doughnuts. All of the gains and positive feel good shit made by Dorsey's press conference today will go out the window if we trade down and miss out on the QB run. I didn't patiently wait an entire ****ing year of my life rooting and hoping for losses sustained for my favorite team for Ryan ****ing Nassib and some depth on the offensive ****ing line. Clark, your language in that interview is cute and all, and I'll laugh about this moment I'm sure when Geno Smith is finally a Chief. But if I don't see one of the draft's top QBs in the red and gold this training camp, say good****ingbye. Take your new head coach and brilliant new GM and shove them up your ****ing rectum. |

If the Chiefs don't take a QB with the #1 pick overall, it means that the available QB's are unbelievably unskilled and pathetic. As everyone knows, it's QB driven league.
ONE of these guys will meet Reid's criteria and quite frankly, I have no allegiance to any of them, so whoever they pick is good with me. |

I said nothing definitively. I posed a question and asked further questions to have you clarify your reasoning. I did not make the statement that Geno Smith wasn't elite. I want to believe Geno is elite in the worst way, but I'm skeptical (as most are with any player you want to choose at number 1). Just wanted to get more out of your answer. Again, sorry. I won't do it again. |

We have a crater hole at Qb, yet we are the most reluctant team in the NFL to take a QB early, because they "aren't worth it and are risky".
Yet we have like a .300 winning percentage the past how ever many years. |

Clark apparently thinks he can roll the dice and make meager gains and still keep his QB. I think he's a ****ing reerun, but if the gamble pays off, then good. But once again, we don't need any more Ricky Stanzis. We need a real QB in here, and I seriously ****ing doubt that guy is going to come in the 2nd round and beyond. Make it happen Clark. |

If we decide a QB isn't worth the first overall pick, then another team trades with us up to 1 and takes a QB, I'm probably gonna freak out.

Personaly what I think may be on the table is they sign a FA, trade down and draft Bray who arguably has the best potential out of all the QB's but is still too young to start out of the gate. |

Drafting a QB in the 2nd round or beyond that becomes elite is lucky.
You guys realize the Seahawks cared more about drafting Irvin and Wagner than Wilson? You guys realize the 49ers at the time would have preferred one of Gabbert, Ponder or Locker, if given the chance? If you want to improve your chances to get an elite QB, draft the best one in your opinion at #1 overall and another in round 3. |
