I have mentioned it before, but when we were in St. Louis last year for the Braves/Cards series, Chipper Jones stood by the stands and signed autographs for an hour. I never saw a player do that before. My wife got his autograph in person and was thrilled. This guy is such a great ambassador of the game, eschewed a fat big market payday for loyalty to the team he stayed with his entire career, a dead lock first ballet HOFer.... to know he was disrespected like that is infuriating. Shame on them.

Agreed. The guy came out everyday, played ball and did his job. No prima donna BS. He did a lot for that franchise. The 2012 All-Star game should have given people a hint of just how nice a guy he was. Players like him are a dying breed.

We have beat Kershaw twice this year. Grienke can melt down. A rookie is an unknown. They are formidable. Going to be really hard to beat them. Yet, we had no chance against Philly either.

If it is something like that, it needs to stay in the locker room.

Miller will get his chance. We have him for another 5 years. He will be fine.

But, they were just throwing stuff on the field or trying. Never felt it was directed at me or the other Cardinal fans in attendance. They didn't give us shit on the way out either.

No hate from me to the braves or their fans.

Dodgers, I hate that team and that asshole fan that always use to come in here when he won but never show his face when he lost...Who was that?

Some supposedly funny Deadspin author apparently doesn't like the Birds on the Bat:

Warning: it's possibly the worst article I have ever read but it's probably how most Cubs fans feel every year in October (or lately, May).

Best part is we got puig for 7 Years for 46 million. Would put him at 29 when its over.

I expect them ttade some players. We have a few guys in the minors that need to come up or be traded. I can't wait for the Dodgers to bring up Zach Lee kid is gonna be real good. Wilson is gone probqbly . we got this kid Joel Dominguez 20 years old throws 102 bullpen guy. Finally building up the farm system.

I have two incredible seats I can't use tomorrow and need to sell tonight. Section 153, Row 19. Will sell for face value. $168 per ticket.

Longshot, but let me know if you or anyone you know is interested.
