Read: Adams was able to learn and adapt and Surtain lacks that ability and paid for it.

So in the first game, Carr threw to Adams 8 times and Surtain only forced 3 incompletions? Yeah, that doesn’t sound like ‘shut down’ to me or ‘had his way with him’. Sounds like Surtain is lucky Carr didn’t target Adams more.

Which seems to be the obvious conclusion when you look at how the second game between the Faid and the Donks went.

Adams made Surtain his bitch this year. Look forward to seeing it twice again next year as Donkos continue their second longest losing streak to in division opponents. Maybe Faid can some day get to 15 straight against the Donks?
