Good God, Wickedson, no one is saying that they don't love basketball, but football drives the economic bus. There is nothing wrong with that. It does not detract from the wonderful sport that college bball is. No wonder you are considered the most full of shit KU fan on this board....although Prison Bitch is not far behind.

A lot of it depends on the region you live in. I live in Florida and am surrounded by SEC faithful. I follow college basketball somewhat, but football really is king down here, especially college football. I'm one of the minority down here that actually prefers the NFL over college.

How hilarious is it that Nebraska has never won a single NCAA tourney game? I mean, even Kansas wins bowl games every so often. It's not that hard to win a tourney game, we won 5 of em just last year.

Don't listen to idiots like BosPelini. He's just angry they suck so bad. Nebraska's AD cares a ton about basketball, because you don't build $180 million arenas if you don't: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pinnacle_Bank_Arena |

Kansas can't even beat North Dakota State and hasn't won a conference road game in a really shitty conference since Obama's been president.
