Bloody Marry with Spicy V8, Tabasco, pepper and horseradish. Added the horseradish thanks to Raiderhader and damn that is pretty good! I love a spicy Bloody Mary.

I thought that Absolut Peppar Vodka was horrible. I bought it specifically for Bloody Mary's and it just gives it a weird flavor, IMO.

And I've known people who were not that fond of it. Really that part is optional. The real secret to my recipe is the horseradish and a LOT of Lea & Perrins. That Mary should have a very brownish tint to it.

I don't have the Lea and Perrins but I do add Worchestire sauce. Forgot to mention that, plus a lemon wedge.
