It's the young guy's place to shut your mouth and pay attention. Not the vet's place to put his arm around the rookie and mentor him, it's the coach's job.

Sounds like he's not real eager to help develop Croyle. A little disappointing.

There is 3 other QB fighting for jobs and playing favoritism to one would not be fair to the others. Its not his job to pick who is going to be his successor, its his job to QB this team to a SB

This isn't going to be a new offense. Solari will most certainly add his own touches but the terminology should remain constant and will probably even have some of Trent's influence.
