Wrong... they have it ready to be built... it just costs too much... It's the size of a Chevy Cobalt and it would go for 30,000 today

The same can be said about all brands. The NASCAR name is irony defined. National Association of Stock Car Auto Racing. Thats the way is started but ain't nothing "stock" on those cars today.
