Yea I started only giving fitness advise through PMs awhile back. The worst workout advise I have ever seen anyone give was posted right here.

Now I am running into that with nutrition advise. There is nothing worse than being corrected by Dr. Soy I can assure you. I am pretty much done with both at this point.

I am not quite where Stevie is but not far off. I certainly understand why he is doing what he is doing.

Yeah, I finally delved into that forum this year and paid for it. Not giving up easily though. I still toss an opinion occasionally when I feel it is necessary.
