It's nice to see all the ku alumni dumping their tickets to the mizzou game on ebay.

No faith, yeah?

Odd.

Because we've heard for years (before last year that is) from Mizzou fans that it's the sum total of athletics at Mizzou that makes them bad ass. You know, the women's volleyball, the golf team, the diving team, and women's speed walking.

Now suddenly it's football.

Karma is a bitch..............................................

Do you remember how well the Wildcat Mojo worked out for the Jayhawks in 08?

Basketball Game Information......I am Here to Help !!!

Grief is a somewhat complicated. Therefore, for the KU fans out there, your
K-Stater "friends" are willing to set aside our differences in the interest
of helping you cope with your tragic loss.

There are five stages of grief. If you get stuck in any one stage, the
process of grieving is not complete. Thus there will be no healing. Every KU
fan MUST go through these five stages to be well (or at least closer to
well). Not everyone goes through the stages at the same time. It is
different for each person.

1) Denial--- this can't be happening to me. Inability to accept or even
acknowledge the loss. So to realize and understand, you must revisit the
loss. I am here to help....here ya go.... 84-75 !!!

2) Anger--- Why me? Feelings of wanting to fight back or get even.
Chalmers tried this fighting back method and nearly cost him a few stitches.
It is important to understand that KSU not only beat KU on the basketball
floor, but they would kick their butts unmercifully in a "real" fight. It
is in all of KU fans best interest to graduate to the next level of grief as
soon as possible before you get seriously injured.

3) Bargaining--- Bargaining often takes place before the loss. Attempting
to make deals with the opponent or attempting to make deals with God to stop
or change the loss. Begging, wishing, &/or praying for the outcome to change
will not change the result of the game. BUT, God may still love you (only
if your lone flaw is that you are a KU fan)

4) Depression--- Overwhelming feelings of hopelessness, frustration,
bitterness, self pity, & mourning as well as the feeling of a loss of hopes,
dreams and plans for the future. You KU fans need to pick yourself and dust
yourself off. You will do just fine during the remainder of the Big 12
conference (except for perhaps a certain game in Lawrence on March 1st), but
you will regress in March and have to repeat the entire 5 step grieving
process when you take another early exit in the NCAA tourney (probably to a
team that begins with the letter "B")....Bucknell, Bradley, Beasley, Bill
Walker , etc.....

5) Acceptance--- There is a difference between resignation and acceptance.
You have to accept the loss, not just try to bear it quietly. Finding the
good that can come out of the pain of loss, finding comfort, and healing.
Best bet is to surround yourself by KSU fans that will help you accept this
loss by reminding you of Jan. 30, 2008.....84-75 !!!

Get help. You will survive. You will heal, even if you cannot believe that
now, just know that it is true. To feel pain after loss is normal. It proves
that you are alive, human. But you can't stop living. To distance yourself
from these feelings, please under NO CIRCUMSTANCE should you watch ESPN
today, look at a newspaper, log onto the internet, turn on the radio, or go
out in public. Perhaps you should stay at home and read a good book. Here
are a few of my favorites: Miracle in Manhattan , They Said It Couldn't Be
Done, or coming soon to a bookshelf near you .... That Just Happened !!!
