It all depends on if you think Granderson would have taken second on Polanco's grounder to Teahen. If you think Teahen would have gotten the lead runner on that grounder (you cant assume a double play on an error) then the Tigers strand the bases loaded and no runs are earned. If you think Teahen would have thrown out the guy on first, Granderson comes home on the single before 3 outs and you have 1 earned run.
