To be honest, though, after U2's halftime show in the Pats/Rams SB in 2001, I think they probably should've just retired the whole idea. That was an "end thread" type of event.

As uptight as they got about one little second of exposed breast, I'm absolutely certain my 'ideal' halftime show is off the table.

I suppose they could extend the Super Bowl halftime to three hours and play the NCAA football tournament championship game during during intermission.
