Yeah, I think Orton has been pretty decent. The problems with the Broncos can't be laid entirely at his feet at all. We haven't run blocked well and we haven't had a lot of continuity on Offense. Our Defense has been incredibly weak as well.

Trading Orton is a calculated move of ability vs. potential. If we were an all around good team then I would say keep him and keep building up the team. But we are in a rebuild, so the hope is that Tebow hits his potential as we build a team around him. I think Tebow is going to be a very good Quarterback with substantial playmaking ability.

Quinn just plain sucks. We snagged a UDFA QB and I am hoping that we trade Orton, cut Quinn, then sign Jake Delhomme.

I totally understand starting Tebow and building for the future while in rebuild mode. What I don't understand is wanting Quinn as a backup over Orton. Must be that Orton is commanding a far greater salary, cause you're right, Quinn from what I've seen just plain sucks.

I love this move (assuming it happens). I never really hated Orton, so I'm glad now there's a legitimate anus-sucking shitstain QB to despise, besides Philip Rivers.

Denver is angling for Luck, that is for sure. Problem is, Cincy is going to be even worse, so the might have to throw a few games down the stretch if they want to make it happen.

Orton is a douche. Hope he goes back to Chicago and stinks it up on the bench behind Cutler.

He is a very good QB when he has perfect protection and open recievers, but if he gets pressured he panics and he can't squeeze throws into tight spots which leads to failed 3rd down conversions and FG's in the redzone. But he is an extremely smart and accurate QB, if a guy is open he will usually hit him, he's a much more consistent passer than Cassel.

We've been on a long and winding road since Shannahan got fired. This isn't news, or shouldn't be, to any Broncos fans.
