So who are we gonna take in the 2nd round?

We already know the #1 selection goes to Geno Smith, no more worrying about that.

So, who's gonna be available in the 2nd round? I know we can't truly know, especially not before the combine. But do we have anybody in mind?

Looks like some of these guys will be available around that time

S Matt Elam, Florida
TE Tyler Eifert, Notre Dame
WR Tavon Austin, WVU
QB Matt Barkley, USC
OT DJ Fluker, Alabama
WR DeAndre Hopkins, Clemson
WR Robert Woods, USC
CB Jordan Poyer, Oregon St
LB Alec Ogletree, Georgia
S Robert Lester, Alabama
WR Terrance Williams, Baylor

I'm really not too sure at this point but Austin would be a good pick and maybe Elam 2nd.

Pass-rushing 34 end over a cb in certain scenarios for you? I would put ILB there, or S over a pass rusher.

As a diehard OU fan absolutely no to Jefferson until the fourth. Undersized and slow for the NFL. He made Johnny football look like T Austin.

Cut him? WTF?

If he doesn't fit in Reid's plan (which is yet to be determined), he's worth a late draft choice to someone.

Cutting him before training camp is just downright ****ing stupid.

If the Chiefs draft Bray, expect a veteran QB for at least one season, if not two.

I'd probably try and trade up from our 2 if a guy like Teo' slips to around 20.

Really? I've been saying it all season but I think the guy is slow as shit.

He's clearly not in the same class as Willis, Bowman, Urlacher, Lewis, Wagner, etc. and is most likely several notches below Rey Mauluga.

He's a 3rd rounder at best, although I'm sure some dumbass team will draft him higher because of his "myth".

I wouldn't touch the guy outside of the 4th round. He's Aaron Curry and Rolando McClain, without the baggage.

I noticed that Teo is pretty small and got dominated by the size of Bama last night.

Only difference is, this midget is actually fast. Not just quick.

But he's tiny and therefore, fragile.

As I've said in other threads, safety, CB, ILB, and swing guard/center are all more important, IMO, than adding yet another receiver to this roster.

Who's going to start opposite Flowers? Jalil Brown?
