I presume they've learned a few things about stadium noise retention in the past 40 years.

Bottom line?

Who gives a shit if Seattle is the loudest stadium?

Some of you (not necessarily you, D) act as if Seattle came in and ate your food, drank your booze, kicked your dog and impregnated your wife - leaving you to clean up the mess.

Grown adults upset about a noise record?

Wow.
I agree with this part. If I were attending, I'd yell the same as I usually do - which is loud. I'm very loud. I also pace myself so that I retain my voice throughout the entire game. But I forget about pacing when the emotion is high. Show me something on the field to make me get loud and I'm going to get loud whether we have somebody there testing the decibels or not.

Anytime football replaces soccer in the record books it's a good thing.

So when is this going to happen? I mean, is there a point during the game where they're going to play the "noise" thing in the video board? Will there be instructions?

Just curious.

We will have Chiefs official next to Guinness judge and he will say mark it now. For instance if McCluster return happens, huge 3rd down,sack/fumble etc. We can mark it 3 times

You kidding me? We're talking about people with a maximum of 6 years public education here. They'll be screaming too. Plus, most latinos are loud talkers.

I doubt the ex cons will be enough to break the record, but if they do I was wrong and you're right.

We aren't breaking the record.

The club level will be over half empty as usual and there will be close to 10K in Raiders fans there. And the Faid have ****ing owned us for something like six years straight at home, so we might not have a lot to get amped up about.

I'd like to see it happen; but I'm incredibly skeptical.

I agree. But the hype is funny.

It is.

Arrowhead was loud because the team was good for years upon years; and had an ungodly defense. If we can replicate that, then Arrowhead will be loud again.

That's the secret to success and a loud, raucous crowd. Not crowd cues and radio promotions.

Yeah, who really gives a shit if it's "okay everyone, be loud!"... it's much more about the moment our about losing your voice for the defense... like the Dante Hall return against the Broncos, or in Seattle's case, Marshawn Lynch's run. Those are the moments you remember.

Seattle fans were using iPhone and Android apps to make additional noise... that should be part of the message, along with WHICH apps make the most noise.
