I would guess 7-9 or 8-8 at best. We have a brutal schedule this year and a lot of question marks, meaning no playoffs.

I don't think they will make the playoffs and after last years playoff loss I'm fine with that. I can't take another Chiefs heartbreaking playoff loss.

Here's how I see it:

I think we can split with Denver. We had a big lead on them at home but gave it up. They aren't that much better based on last year.
I think we can sweep Oakland.
I think we WILL sweep SD. Yes you read that right. We were destroying them last year before Tamba and Houston got hurt. Then we outplayed them with backups.

The NFC West will be tough, but I'm not scared of any offense outside of Seattle. The other QB's in that division aren't great at throwing the ball.

The soft hole after the bye week should be a big opportunity for us.

Reid had this team competitive on the road last year which surprised me. Of any teams will challenge for the WC it's the AFCN and SD. I feel like 9-7 is reasonable.
