I use them in equal portions with habaneros in a puree, with some black pepper added, as a solution for anal bleaching.

I always ask for slices of jalepenos in my bloody mary
Also they're good with in quesdillas and grilled cheese. Cheese snd jalapeņos are mean't to be.

At Superbowl party I had firehouse jalapenos. The host made and I had never had but they were tasty. Was halved and de-seeded pepper filled with cream cheese. Then a Lil smokie was placed on top the cheese wrapped in bacon with a toothpick. Then bushed with BBQ sauce and baked.
If we have a successful harvest we will be making these. |

I have one of those little trays that allows you to do dozens of poppers at a time.
Basically cut off the top of the pepper and de seed it. Take a piece of string cheese (Mozzarella) or Cheddar cheese stick, wrap it in bacon and stuff them into the Jalapeno. Bacon bits also work pretty good. Stick them on the grill and go! |
