How often do you eat a home-cooked meal?
With all the food posts lately, I'm wondering how often you eat a meal that's made at home. Frozen pizzas, etc. don't count. I'm talking about a meal that takes some thought and time to make. Oh, breakfast is unique because cereal, toast, etc. are easy, so it's not a deal breaker. It's better than donuts, though.

I'd make a poll, but the options are overwhelming.

We'll figure 21 meals per week (you get the math I'm sure).

That's my biggest consumption of red pepper flake, salad and chips not Tabasco, even more than spaghetti or pizza [mainly because I have way more salad than at least pizza].

Yep, put the crushed red pepper in there too. I also just switched to Lemon Pepper and Garlic Salt in lieu of traditional salt and pepper.

I may have a cooked breakfast once or twice a week, otherwise it's a danish or some other type of junk food. I go home for lunch most days and do leftovers or throw together a sandwich if that counts. We may grab take out once a week otherwise all our dinners are home-cooked. We rarely do anything prepackaged.
