Least favorite Horror movie sequel?
Blah. The original Jeepers Creepers was a pretty unsettling flick, particularly before you realize that it's some sort of demon thingy with wings and what not. Obviously that magic was lost entirely in the second installment. In the original, when the brother and sister are driving by as he's throwing the bodies down the pipe and he stops and just stares at them. So creepy. |

Probably 2. That one basically centered around a bus full of high school basketball douches and a few cheerleaders/coaches. |

Oh, I misread your initial post. It easily could have applied to Creepers 2. Those high school kids were annoying ****s. The first few Final Destination movies are awesome. The opening premonition scene on the highway for 2 was so epic. |

I have a huge soft spot in my heart for Halloween 4...love that movie. I love the way Loomis is portrayed in it. Dr. Samuel Loomis might be might favorite movie character ever...seriously lol. Donald Pleasence was incredible.

Hellraiser III was a pretty awful sequel. The first two films in that series were amazing and I would argue that the second movie was better than the first. Clive Barker didn't want the third one made but they did it anyway so he felt forced to make a 4th movie to make up for it. The 4th movie was decent. Then they went and made a ton of craptacular "sequels" after that.
For those who hate on Evil Dead 2, that was an absolute masterpiece. I would argue all three films in that series were great in their own way. The first was creepy the whole time. The second was a great blend of horror and comedy and is still quoted to this day and Army of Darkness was basically a comedy but that was the goal. Clatu, barata, necktie There were a number of really creepy horror movies from my childhood where they made sequels that were awful in a very entertaining way. The two I think of right away are Basket Case and Sleepaway Camp. |

There is an old movie I was trying to find. I don't know that you would call it a "horror" movie. Some lady's house gets invaded by tiny people. She's a housewife so she battles them pretty much alone. I think she tries to tell people and they assume she is crazy. There was one scene with a dinner party where the little invaders were hiding in the food. I think it ended with her going down some access way with a dying flashlight.
