Alright... now that this thread has the appropriate prefix.

Dane and cosmo are currently having a thing and I've seen it now spill over into more than one thread. So, since our team sucks and we don't really have anything else going on I figured we could give these two a popularity contest and see who comes out on top. Or, conversely, watch this thread devolve into further personal attacks and eventually get locked. Or... no one gives a shit and it dies quickly.

Dane contends that cosmo is a "mouth-breathing ****face" whose "ass should be banned for all of the nonsense (he) posts". Dane has now challenged cosmo multiple times to a poll in the lounge to determine who gets an IP ban and Cosmo has not yet taken the bait.

Cosmo contents that Dane isn't even really on CP anymore stating "You're not even here right now. You left forever"... pointing out when "you wrote out a post like a 12 yr old girl addicted to attention proclaiming your departure for eternity. 'member that?". Cosmo further recalls... "I also remember you swearing off worthless activities like sports last week because you just now realized your kids were important. Yet...still here."

He does his best GOP baiting when suddenly Dane blurts in about Cosmo's mom (#*(#ing a one legged #@?@. "He had two legs", thinks Cosmo.

I like them both, honestly.

Cosmo and I don't see eye-to-eye with regard to politics, because I like being correct. But I don't hold that against him.

I also understand Dane's propensity for emotional outbursts, because he's partially Italian. So, he's like my wife with a penis.

I have to give this to Dane by a California mile. He has a knowledge of music that I can really appreciate. I am not sure what Hair Band that he was in back in the day, but I am sure I have an 8 track with him on it.

Cosmo - I don't have much use for. After his ignorant rant about my second novel-that he did not even read, I have pretty much tuned him out. I guess I should expect that from somebody that could never create anything of value. The fact that he is Hiltlery's number one supporter speaks a lot about his character. I was trying to think of some of his positive attributes.... but I do not have the patients to slog through years of troll- post to find his diamonds in the rough.

The Cosmo's of the world are good for the board because he always takes the opposite opinion of good taste and ethical behavior. He will defend his far Right wing, Left Wing, whatever Wing he is hanging by that day, to the end- creating a lot of traffic from other posters that continue to smash his narrow-minded views like a proverbial bug. Cosmo is that person that always seems to be under your skin, annoying, unrelenting, his opinions are educated enough that you have to spend your own valuable time debunking and by the time you do, he has moved on to pester someone else. He always wins because his focus is to by a negative naysayer in every topic. Props to Cosmo for being the festering Hemorrhoid on the Chiefs Planet's ass that never seems to go away. He is truly a Planet original.
